What it does

Meta ran the largest world-model research effort under LeCun at FAIR, then in June 2025 reorganised around Meta Superintelligence Labs under Alexandr Wang and put its money into frontier language models. Its Behemoth model was abandoned; the Muse family is hosted rather than open-weight. FAIR continues under Rob Fergus.
