Amounts are US dollars as reported by the cited article. Dates are YYYY, YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD as recorded. A round with contested: true is a press report, not a confirmed figure, and primary_raise: false marks listings, mergers, letters of intent and reported talks that the site excludes from totals.
