What it does
Anthropic builds the Claude models and is the purest large-scale bet on next-token prediction plus post-training. It pairs that with interpretability and a Responsible Scaling Policy. In May 2026 it raised $65B at a $965B valuation and filed confidentially for an IPO on June 1.
